一、基础地脚螺栓的螺纹损坏，钢结构建筑柱安装时无法旋转螺母和紧固，造成螺栓螺纹损坏的原因有：
1、 The thread of the foundation anchor bolt is damaged, and the nut cannot be rotated and fastened during the installation of the steel structure building column. The causes of the bolt thread damage are as follows:
地脚螺栓在运输、装拆箱过程中受到撞击或保管不当，造成螺纹严重锈蚀。
The anchor bolt was hit or improperly stored during transportation, loading and unpacking, resulting in serious corrosion of the thread.
2.或埋设后螺栓未采取保护措施，受到外阶损伤。
2. Or the bolt is damaged by the outer step without protective measures after embedding.
3.现场利用螺栓作电焊导电零线，被电弧烧*使螺纹损坏。

4.利用螺栓作牵引绳拉力的绑扎点等。

由于螺栓螺纹损坏，无法旋入螺母紧固钢结构柱等构件，将直接影响结构力的传递和稳定性，对钢结构建筑的整体质量会存在不稳定因素。

二、预防措施：
2、 Precautions:
（1）地脚螺栓在运输、装拆箱时，应加强对螺纹的保护，应用工业凡士林油涂抹后，用塑料薄膜包裹绑扎，以防螺纹损坏和锈蚀。并应单独存放，不应与其他零、部件混装混放，以免相互撞击损坏螺纹。
(1) When the anchor bolts are transported, packed and unpacked, the thread protection shall be strengthened. After being coated with industrial petroleum jelly, they shall be wrapped and bound with plastic film to prevent thread damage and corrosion. It shall be stored separately and shall not be mixed with other parts and components to avoid mutual impact and damage to threads.
（2）地脚螺栓埋设后不得利用作弯曲加工的支点或作电焊机的接零线，或牵引拉力的绑扎点。吊装构件时，应妥善操作，防止水平侧向撞击力撞坏螺纹。
(2) After the foundation bolt is buried, it is not allowed to use the fulcrum for bending processing, the neutral line for electric welding machine, or the binding point for traction force. When lifting components, proper operation shall be carried out to prevent the thread from being damaged by horizontal lateral impact force.
