一：钢结构的除锈烤漆

在阳光房的钢结构焊接前，所有的方管应做好烤漆防锈处理，保证钢结构不会锈蚀。

二：焊接主体结构

用规格为40mm*40mm - 80mm*80mm,壁厚为1.8-3.0mm的首钢高碳钢，（根据阳光房的规格大小和客户的要求选择不同规格的钢）严格根据测量尺寸和设计要求焊接四角立柱，以及四边圈梁，作为整个阳光房的主体结构，以作为主体承重结构，同时保证以后立面门窗的承重要求。
