二、本标准适用于新建、改建、扩建工业厂房的设计，不适用于生物净化室内细菌控制。消防、疏散、消防设施条款不得用于设计高层、24米以上的高层工业厂房和地下工业厂房。
2、 This standard is applicable to the design of new, reconstructed, and expanded industrial plants, and is not applicable to the control of bacteria in biological purification rooms. The provisions on fire protection, evacuation, and fire-fighting facilities shall not be used in the design of high-rise, high-rise industrial buildings above 24 meters, and underground industrial buildings.
三、在使用原建筑进行清洁技术改造时，钢结构工业厂房的设计应根据生产工艺的要求，因地制宜，区别对待，充分利用现有技术设施。
