一、钢结构厂房工程结构柱均彼加固时,有以下3种方式:

1.为减少加固工作量和加固施工对生产的影响,可以重点加固某一列柱。使其能承担整个框框架柱顶的大部分水平力。这样就减轻了其它列柱的负荷,以致其它列柱可不需加固或少加固

3.将屋架与柱顶的连接由铰接改为固接,用增加柱顶嵌固程度的方法,减小柱身弯矩,以致柱身可不加固

二、限制柱上端的变形以增加刚度,减少柱身弯矩:

1.用拉索或撑杆将柱顶锚固在地面上,或当高低跨时,可将撑杆固定在邻跨屋顶上

2.增加屋盖纵、横向水平支撑,使钢结构厂房骨架按空间工作考虑.对轻型钢结构厂房在采取相应措施后,可考虑围护结构的蒙皮作用。当钢结构厂房长度较短时,可在屋盖增设附加支撑,使屋盖形成刚性盘体,以将屋盖水平荷载全部传给山墙。这样就能利用山墙作为剪力墙来承受横向水平力,而广房框架可按柱顶无侧移考虑。
