在钢结构的出产制造傍边，排在一位的首先就是出产的安全，排在第二位的要数钢结构构件的质量了。钢结构的质量不只关系到建筑的安全施工以及安全运用同时也关系到一个企业的生计和开展，一个企业不注重质量，就没有什么开展可言了。

一、原材料的质量

分几个加工制造，首先就是原材料，原材料的收购必需要到正规的出产厂家或者代理商，而且必需要有合格证以及原始资料。生产加工前，必须取样复试，试验合格后方可使用。
