不同种类的油漆对于钢结构底材的处理要求是不一样的，有要求严格，喷砂处理至Sa2.5级以上的富锌类底漆，也有除锈彻底即可的环氧铁红，红丹防腐等，还有可轻微带锈涂装的带锈防腐漆。

同时，钢结构表面的预处理情况，分为镀锌钢结构，磷化处理钢结构，普通碳钢裸钢等。钢结构底漆必须在经过处理达到一定标准的钢结构表面，才能有良好的附着力，进而保证防腐效果，不同种类的钢结构底漆对表明处理的要求并不相同，而且根据防腐要求，腐蚀环境的不同，表面处理等级亦有所变化。底层涂料对钢材表面除锈等级的要求，应符合下表的规定。对锈蚀等级为D级的钢材表面，应采用喷射或抛射除锈。

For steel surfaces with a rust level of D, spray or jetting should be used for rust removal.
