工业和信息化部原材料司钢铁处处长徐文立在会上表示，从钢铁行业来看，钢结构建筑是绿色建筑的典型代表，便于实现标准化，而且从全生命周期来看也是具有其他产品无可比拟的优势，钢结构建筑回收率可以高达90%以上。但是与欧美发达国家比较，无论是钢结构的应用比例，还是钢结构建筑的比例等方面，都有一些差距。
