钢结构表面处理情况

不同种类的油漆对于钢结构底材的处理要求是不一样的，有要求严格，喷砂处理至Sa2.5级以上的富锌类底漆，也有除锈彻底即可的环氧铁红，红丹防腐等，还有可轻微带锈涂装的带锈防腐漆。同时，钢结构表面的预处理情况，分为镀锌钢结构，磷化处理钢结构，普通碳钢裸钢等。钢结构底漆必须在经过处理达到一定标准的钢结构表面，才能有良好的附着力，进而保证防腐效果，不同种类的钢结构底漆对表明处理的要求并不相同，而且根据防腐要求，腐蚀环境的不同，表面处理等级亦有所变化。底层涂料对钢材表面除锈等级的要求，应符合下表的规定。对锈蚀等级为D级的钢材表面，应采用喷射或抛射除锈。
Different
types of paint have different requirements for the treatment of steel
structure substrates. There are strict requirements, such as zinc rich
primers with sandblasting treatment to Sa2.5 or above, epoxy iron red
and red lead anti-corrosion coatings that can be completely rust
removed, and rust resistant anti-corrosion coatings that can be slightly
rust coated. At the same time, the pre-treatment of the surface of
steel structures can be divided into galvanized steel structures,
phosphating treated steel structures, ordinary carbon steel bare steel,
etc. The steel structure primer must be treated to a certain standard on
the surface of the steel structure in order to have good adhesion and
ensure anti-corrosion effect. Different types of steel structure primers
have different requirements for surface treatment, and the level of
surface treatment varies depending on the anti-corrosion requirements
and corrosive environment. The requirements for the rust removal level
of the bottom coating on the steel surface should comply with the
provisions in the table below. For steel surfaces with a rust level of
D, spray or jetting should be used for rust removal.

强酸，强碱，溶剂油，盐雾等，必须从底漆开始加强防护。另外水上，潮湿环境腐蚀严重，也需要配套高性能的防腐底漆，例如环氧富锌底漆，无机富锌底漆等。
Strong
acids, alkalis, solvent oils, salt mist, etc. must be protected from
the primer. In addition, in water and humid environments where corrosion
is severe, high-performance anti-corrosion primers such as epoxy zinc
rich primers and inorganic zinc rich primers are also required.
3、钢结构设备使用的温度

大多数油漆只能在常温下使用，如需在高温环境下使用，必须选用耐高温防腐漆，例如无机富锌底漆，有机硅耐高温漆。
Most
paints can only be used at room temperature. If they need to be used in
high-temperature environments, high-temperature and anti-corrosion
paints must be selected, such as inorganic zinc rich primer and organic
silicon high-temperature resistant paint.
4、钢结构防腐所采用的面漆

应该充分考虑到防腐漆与面漆的配套性，避免因为不配套而导致的涂装问题。例如醇酸防腐漆虽然涂装简便，但是其不能配套双组份的高性能防腐面漆使用，环氧富锌底漆也不能配套醇酸磁漆使用。
The
compatibility between anti-corrosion paint and topcoat should be fully
considered to avoid coating problems caused by non matching. For
example, although alkyd anti-corrosion paint is easy to apply, it cannot
be used with two component high-performance anti-corrosion topcoat, and
epoxy zinc rich primer cannot be used with alkyd enamel.
5、钢结构所处的环境

选防腐漆之前，应该充分考虑钢结构的使用环境的腐蚀因素，腐蚀轻微的，可以选用普通防腐漆即可，海边，化工厂，桥梁等腐蚀严重，或者重要钢结构，应该选用高型槽模具 一次性止血带 保定水处理设备 一次性止血带 保定空压机 北京真空泵性能防腐底漆。
Before
selecting anti-corrosion paint, full consideration should be given to
the corrosion factors of the working environment of the steel structure.
For mild corrosion, ordinary anti-corrosion paint can be used. For
severe corrosion in coastal areas, chemical plants, bridges, or
important steel structures, high-performance anti-corrosion primer
should be used.
