Key points for design of link nodes and column bases of steel structure factory buildings
1.门式钢结构厂房有三种梁柱节点衔接方法:垂直面、水平面和斜面拼接。其适用性可参考下表确定。在选择斜面拼接时,需要注意的是,梁柱外翼缘与拼接板之间的锐角会减小高强度螺栓装置的空间,孔位应根据放样进行调整。
There are three connection methods for beam column joints in portal steel structure plants: vertical plane, horizontal plane, and inclined plane splicing. Its applicability can be determined by referring to the table below. When selecting inclined splicing, it should be noted that the acute angle between the outer flange of the beam column and the splicing plate will reduce the space for high-strength bolt devices, and the hole position should be adjusted according to the lofting.
2.严厉约束在梁柱翼缘上直接开孔栓接小构件,(如雨蓬梁与边柱衔接)以防止构件截面削弱。改动衔接方法是解决问题的有效途径。在柱子上焊接的短牛腿可以与雨蓬梁连接。
2. Strictly restrict the direct opening and bolting of small components on the flange of the beam and column, such as the connection between the canopy beam and the side column, to prevent the weakening of the component section. Changing the cohesion method is an effective way to solve the problem. The short corbel welded to the column can be connected to the canopy beam.
3.锚栓埋入混凝土根底的Z小长度应按照修建根底规划标准GB50007的规则核算。在混凝土标准中,不要将埋入长度与锚固长度混淆,这是两个概念。当锚杆上有端锚板时,钢柱底板的范围可能会超过锚板的外轮廓。
The Z small length of the anchor bolt embedded in the concrete foundation shall be calculated according to the rules of the construction foundation planning standard GB50007. In concrete standards, do not confuse embedded length with anchor length, which are two concepts. When there is an end anchor plate on the anchor rod, the range of the steel column bottom plate may exceed the outer contour of the anchor plate.
