厚型钢结构工程防火涂料的施工工艺
Construction technology of fireproof coating for thick steel structural engineering
1、防火涂料涂装前，钢构件表面除锈及防锈底漆涂装应符合设计要求和国家现行有关规范规定，应彻底清除钢构件表面的灰尘、油污等杂物。
1. Before the application of fireproof coating, the rust removal and anti rust primer coating on the surface of steel components should comply with the design requirements and current national regulations. Dust, oil, and other debris on the surface of steel components should be thoroughly removed.
2、防火涂料涂装应在室内装饰之前和不被后续工程所损坏的条件下进行。施工时，对不需要进行防火保护的墙面、门窗、机械设备和其他构件等应进行遮蔽保护。
2. Fireproof coating should be applied before indoor decoration and under conditions that are not damaged by subsequent engineering. During construction, walls, doors and windows, mechanical equipment, and other components that do not require fire protection should be covered and protected.
3、喷涂前刷一遍东安钢结构界面剂，待界面剂表干后采用喷涂或抹涂的方式进行涂装。涂装前，按粉料：乳液=1：1的比例混合搅拌均匀，使之呈无结块稠流体状态。稀稠度应根据涂装方式而定，以方便施工、不流淌、粘结牢固为宜。对于特宽大型钢材应加钢架网，以防涂料脱漏或分离。
3. Before spraying, apply one coat of Dong'an steel structure interface agent. After the surface of the interface agent is dry, apply it by spraying or wiping. Before coating, mix and stir evenly according to the ratio of powder: lotion=1:1 to make it in a non caking viscous fluid state. The viscosity should be determined based on the coating method, in order to facilitate construction, prevent flow, and ensure firm adhesion. For ultra wide and large steel, a steel frame mesh should be added to prevent coating leakage or separation.
4、采用喷涂方式涂装时，用凹凸斗式喷枪，空气压力为0.6～0.8MPa，喷枪口直径宜为6～10mm.喷枪垂直于被涂装构件表面，以40～60cm为宜。

5、喷涂施工第一遍不亦过厚，待干后再进行下一遍施工，以不流淌为宜，直到达到标准规定厚度。

6、采用抹涂方式涂装防火涂料的涂装方法与抹水泥的方法基本一致。
