施工中杜绝一切安全事故发生，做到安全、质量、效率并抓。施工前做好安全防范措施的自检和专检，施工时认真开展“KYT”活动，并做好班前会记录，把事故消灭在萌芽状态之中。具体措施有：
Eliminate all safety accidents during construction, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Before construction, self inspection and specialized inspection of safety precautions should be carried out. During construction, "KYT" activities should be carried out carefully, and pre shift meetings should be recorded to eliminate accidents in their early stages. Specific measures include:
1.所有施工人员必须严格遵守安全、技术操作规程。进入施工现场劳保要穿戴整齐，施工中严禁打闹。
1. All construction personnel must strictly comply with safety and technical operating procedures. Workers entering the construction site must wear neat labor protection and are strictly prohibited from playing around during construction.
2.构件较重在翻面焊接时因使用人力进行翻面要注意配合协调，防止砸伤和挤伤。所有构件在摆放时要固定牢靠，位置要合理，留出人行通道，避免伤人。

When the component is heavy and needs to be turned over for welding, it is necessary to pay attention to cooperation and coordination when using manpower to turn over the surface to prevent crushing and squeezing injuries. All components should be securely fixed and placed in a reasonable position, leaving a pedestrian passage to avoid injury.
3.运输时构件超宽且较长，运输过程要有可靠的安全措施。捆绑固定要牢靠防止构件运输途中滑落伤人

4.搭设跳板时，要检查是否紧固，不可搭单跳板。使用电钻时禁止戴手套。
When setting up a springboard, it is necessary to check if it is secure and not to use a single springboard. Do not wear gloves when using an electric drill.
5.安装时要注意吊装的可靠性,安全性,吊装前应对钢绳进行全面检查，钢绳有无断丝，能否满足起吊要求。在吊装过程中必须专人指挥,严格按吊装规章制度进行作业。吊装区域严禁站人。

Before lifting, a comprehensive inspection should be conducted on the steel rope to see if there are any broken wires and whether it meets the lifting requirements. During the lifting process, a dedicated person must be assigned to command and strictly follow the lifting rules and regulations. Personnel are strictly prohibited from standing in the lifting area.
6.高空作业系好安全带，且在作业区下部要设立警戒线。在进行交叉作业时要注意下方是否有人，自身站位是否合适，防止高空坠物伤人。

When conducting cross operations, it is important to pay attention to whether there are people below and whether one is standing properly to prevent injuries from falling objects from high altitude.
7.遇有大风、大雨等恶劣气候影响施工安全时，应采取有效措施，防止因气象因素而导致的伤亡事故，必要时应停止作业。
When encountering adverse weather conditions such as strong winds and heavy rain that affect construction safety, effective measures should be taken to prevent accidents caused by meteorological factors, and operations should be stopped if necessary.
8.建立、健全现场安全用电制度，配备专职维修电工。在施工现场临时搭接电源应注意是否安全可靠。严禁使用已损坏的接线和裸露的电线及电器。注意防止电线因碾压而漏电。照明用电和工业用电要分开。
